SCATI incorporates capacity management solutions

Based on advanced video technology, SCATI COUNTER allows you to know the exact number of people in an establishment and automatically track occupancy.

Adapting to the "new normality" after COVID-19 requires that many facilities (banks, retail, hotels, restaurants, etc.) need solutions to manage real-time capacity and enforce social distancing.

Our video surveillance solutions incorporate deep learning algorithms allowing to know the number of people in an establishment and to track the occupation automatically.

SCATI COUNTER is the solution for real-time capacity management based on intelligent video technology.

People counting cameras

Real-time capacity management

SCATI smart video cameras have a double lens with 3D vision that allows measuring the height of a person, and allow two-way counting (entrances and exits). Even differentiating between adults, children and pets.

These cameras are able to cover up to 8 meters and detect if several people entry-exit at the same time.

Real-time capacity management.

Real-time capacity management

The SCATI VISION recorder manages the metadata from the people counting cameras, even in spaces where there are multiple accesses, guaranteeing full capacity control.

Through a monitor, located at the entrance of the establishment, both workers and employees can know the maximum capacity and the number of people there are at any time.

Up to three possible scenarios can be viewed on the monitor so that users know if they can access or should wait to enter the establishment.

In case of capacity is close to exceeding the maximum capacity allowed or if the occupation has reached the maximum capacity, a message will be shown in real time.

It is a completely configurable solution. The employees of the establishment can configure the opening time of each of its departments, indicate the previous threshold of a warning of exceeding capacity and even manually set the capacity. Also, all these parameters can be configured remotely from the SCATI WATCHER management software.

Minya (Egypt) invests in SCATI CCTV systems to guarantee the security of the city

Public Security. Videosurveillance project.

With more than 200,000 citizens and located 225 kilometers from South Cairo, Minya protects its city thanks to SCATI Video Intelligent Systems.

The Administration install a smart video surveillance system to control traffic on the main roads of the city, guaranteeing the citizens safety. This solution allows detecting and preventing any incident that may occur thanks to professional management tools that allow access in real time and to the recorded video collected by video surveillance cameras.

SOLUTION

cctv urban videosurveillance camera

More than 60 IP cameras cameras (bullet, minidomes, PTZ domes, etc.) are installed at the critical points of the main roads.

Among the cameras, there are more than 27 high-speed PTZ Dome IP cameras capable of collecting images with high resolution (up to 2 Mpx), with a 32x optical zoom and at a distance of up to 150 meters, stands out thanks to its long-range IR (infrared). The SID-35115NR-EXY32 model incorporates WDR (Wide Dynamic Range) feature to provide images with the best quality under deep lighting contrasts on the scene, without losing any detail of the image and solving in real time any incident that may arise.

With a built-in 1/2.8’’ Sony Progressive Scan CMOS sensor, these cameras offer an excellent performance in low-light environments thanks to their highly sensitive sensor. They are able to switch to day / night mode automatically thanks to their mechanical IR filter, supported by their infrared light.

Videorecording systems for public safety

Public Safety is completed with the installation of 34 IP Compact cameras (up to 6 Mpx), outdoor (IP67 and IK10) that also incorporate WDR features. The aim, obtaining high-quality images, in scenes with sudden lighting changes.

This model (SEC-3811NR-XMA2) has a 2.8-12mm optical motorized lens and an IR illuminator range of up to 50 meters approximately.

The recording is carried out through a single SCATI FENIX IP video recorder with the capacity to store images from up to 64 IP cameras in its 48 TB of storage, guaranteeing the recording of images at maximum resolution 24/7, and with compatibility with most used compression formats (H.265 / H.264 / MPEG4).

BENEFITS

SCATI's video surveillance solutions, with high availability, reliability and stability, are capable of offering advanced intelligent monitoring tools to guarantee the safety of a city and respond quickly and efficiently to any incident.

SCATI CCTV systems offer a flexible and scalable solution adapted to the growth of urban environments, allowing the addition of more security devices at no additional cost as needs grow.

They allow integration with other systems for comprehensive security and also allow in-depth data storage, synthesis and analysis to aid in incident prevention and decision-making.

At the forefront of technology and with hundreds of references in Public Safety, SCATI designs and develops personalized projects adapted to the requirements of any municipality to increase the levels of security of the environment, public buildings, citizens and traffic control.

SCATI PARCEL+ guarantees the assets tracking on a moving axis

SCATI PARCEL integrates the video with any existing management gear (ERP, Storage Management Systems, etc.) in order to guarantee the traceability of any good within the production lines, picking systems, etc. and solve every incidence by means of a quick straight visual checking of the recorded video related with a specific parcel.

With the aim of covering the demand from the Industry and Logistics, SCATI integrates SCATI PARCEL with the most avant-garde positioning system for indoors in order to track the continuous movement of every asset and good (forklifts, pallets, workers, etc.). With SCATI PARCEL PLUS, the video-security systems guarantee real time traceability of every good and asset with the maximum accuracy.

Seguimiento de activos sobre eje libre mediante sistema de vídeo. Assests tracking

Using the video, the mobile assets are located and tracked in real time and automatic warnings are received when assets enter in any predefined area.

How do SCATI solutions provide with immediate ROI? The system obtains and handles a huge amount of information (metadata). Thanks to this Big Data, a lot of information is gathered for every asset, so we can measure and get statistics of the productivity, activity level, traveled distances, visited areas, identify bottlenecks and also get the average of staying time in an specific zone. All this allows user to optimize the use of the warehouse and the fleet of vehicles, as well as to plan the processes in a more cost-efficient way in terms of workforce, materials and time.

All these improvements mean a grate revolution when it comes to supervise human resources, manage the operations of the business, optimize processes and improve procedures, thus we maximize the corporate profitability.

SCATI will incorporate alarms for excessive body temperature in its video management system

SCATI will incorporate alarms for excessive body temperature in its video management system

SCATI, manufacturer of intelligent IP video solutions, carries out developments in its SUITE to incorporate alarms for excessive body temperature to prevent the transmission of infections.

Thermography systems detect fever and covid-19

Detecting and identifying people who represent a risk to the rest of the population is essential to avoid the transmission of diseases.

An excessive body temperature, commonly known as fever, is an important indicator to know if a person has an infection and can represent a risk of contagion for the rest of the population.

Identifying infected people is a priority for security officers to protect other users at train stations, airports, malls, corporate buildings, etc.

Thermography systems have intelligent analytics for the identification of people through facial detection, which minimizes false positives. Once detected, they are scanned, measuring their body temperature in up to 10/15 people simultaneously with an accuracy of ± 0.5ºC and at a distance of up to 9 meters in a fast and reliable way.

Through thermography systems, the video system, in a non-invasive way, detects if a person has an excessive body temperature (fever) and sends an automatic alarm to the control center. The operators visualize the thermal and optical image (4 Megapixel) that the camera simultaneously provide, the temperature data and the region of interest on who has caused that alarm, to respond quickly.

The metadata associated with these images are registered through RECKON, SCATI's Business Intelligence solution. In this way, body temperature becomes an essential data source to detect, prevent and anticipate if we are facing a pandemic and activate the corresponding action protocols to prevent its spread.
